The social and cultural project "MORE" united the artists of Abkhazia for the joint solution of urgent public tasks from the positions of art and creation.

According to the initiator of the project, the architect-designer Elizaveta Shapovalova, MORE creates a platform and conditions for the successful development of a new modern look, style and visual imagery of Abkhazia through elements of architecture, design, painting, and graphics.

The initiator of the project told how this idea will be realized: "We want our traditional values: national clothes, architecture to meet modern requirements, but do not lose historical fundamentality. We will create a brand collection. To begin with, these are absolutely simple things: pens, notebooks, exercise books, cases for mobile phones, scarves, bags. We start with a small and affordable. All funds collected from the sale of this collection will be used to restore the architectural appearance of the city. "

Also, according to Elizaveta Shapovalova, this summer will be the first annual International Arts Festival in Abkhazia "MORE FESTIVAL". More than 100 applications from artists from 8 countries of the world have already been submitted for participation in the event.

The project is an initiative of the non-profit organization "MORE" and unites about 10 heads of architectural and design studios and artists. The project is implemented with the support of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia.
