The VII Central Economic Forum of Russia was opened on June 8 in Kursk. The Abkhaz delegation led by the deputy head of the administration of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia Adgur Lushba participated in this forum at the invitation of the governor of the Kursk region Alexander Mikhailov.

The delegation includes the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Abkhazia, Vladimir Daurov, and the Director of the National Investment Agency Inar Gitsba

The owner of the company "Abkhaz honey" Daur Tugush and the representative of "Sukhum Brewery " Esma Kortava also participated in the forum on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia.

Abkhaz delegation will participate in presentations of investment projects in the region, business meetings and negotiations.

Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia Kherson Simonya and Alisa Lakoya are participating at "Kurskaya Korenskaya vystavka -2018 " June 9. They represent our country at the 18th Interregional Fair of Wholesale and Retail Trade "Kurskaya Korenskaya vystavka-2018"

Earlier in 2009 the "Protocol of Intentions" was signed between the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Kursk Region Administration. The same year, the cooperation agreement between the RA ICC and the Kursk Region CCI was signed.
