With the beginning of the year 2017 the committee of returnees has taken new decisions regarding residential rental apartments for returnees law, of this and after the committee of returnees was paying the rent directly to the owners of apartments became the returnees have to do this task themselves and that after the committee of returnees convert sum of money on their personal account, and so have been identified this sum between 10,000 and 15,000 rubles a month.

With an exclusively interview for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry with Mr. Alas Ruslan Nanba department manager of social adjastment in the committee of returnees said that the commitee its modest budget has repaired approximately 54 apartments in building in the city of Okudzira, were distributed between the Syrians, the Turks and Abazins returnees as well as some old warriors of the local Abkhazian families, on 9 \ 2 \ 2017 were handed the keys to these apartments for 14 Syrian families varied between large families and the other young and special needs, as the Committee with cooperation of the Danish refugee Council the UN brushes will brushed those apartments where select the Danish Council for its ability to brushes 10 Apartments belonging to the Syrians returnees and the committee will do the rest of the job.

Mr. Alas also spoke reassured the remaining families of Syrian returnees and rendered numbering between approximately 35 -40 family, that the body of returnees is currently repairing  another build in the city of Almiaak, and apartments will be allocated to those remaining families.
