At the invitation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia, a delegation of experts from Bulgaria has visited Abkhazia. The president of the company «Lev Corporation»   Pavel Dimitrov was appointed as the chairman of the delegation. Representative of the company «Lev Corporation», Petro Dobrinski, and Mitko Boyadjiev, a specialist in marble and granite processing. The purpose of their visit was to discuss the possibilities of establishing joint ventures in Abkhazia.

A meeting was held between the President of the CCI of RA Tamila Mertskhulava and a delegation from Bulgaria.

"We are very happy to meet you in Abkhazia. It is time to move on from friendship relations to partnership. There is trade between Abkhazia and Bulgaria and it is expanding. - said Tamila Mertskhulava.

"We came to Abkhazia for the first time and we are impressed with the nature. We are convinced that Abkhazia has a great potential for development, and our aim is to expand the influence of the agreement for import and export. "- said Pavel Dimitrov.

Within the framework of the work program prepared by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia, official meetings have been held between Prime Minister Gennady Gaguliya, Minister of Economy Adgur Ardzinba.
