Enterprise development and stimulation of investment activity in Abkhazia were discussed during a working meeting in the House of Moscow, which was organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Abkhazia and the Center for Strategic Studies under the President. 

Sukhum. May 29. Apsnypress. On the agenda were the issues of optimizing the legal and regulatory framework of state regulation of business activity, the form of financial and credit support, improving the taxation system, as well as stimulating investment and foreign trade.

According to the first vice-president of CCI of RA Adgur Lushba, the meeting was organized in the framework of work on the "Strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Abkhazia until 2025". "In the discussion of topical issues of economics and business in modern conditions is very important interested and constructive dialogue of business and authorities, which should not and can not exist without each other and to be in parallel dimensions", - said Lushba. 

Talking about the work on the strategy, director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Damenia said: "This document is aimed at to affect the socio-economic development of the country. And without your opinion - Damenia appealed to the business community, - it can not take place because it affected business areas. So we want you to be directly or indirectly become accomplices in drawing up the strategy".

His words were supported by Economy Minister Adgur Ardzinba, "more people will take part in the discussion of the document, the more applied nature it will get". In addition, the Minister said that currently the Ministry is working on examination of all legislation regulating business activities of the country. The result of this work will be the Sub-development of small and medium business in Abkhazia.
