This quick shift and sudden decision issued by the returnees Committee not to give Syrian students scholarships to the universities shocked and surprised both parents and students together, where one of the Committee staff announced that this decision issued by the Ministry of Education in Moscow, saying that these students are holders of secondary school certificate from the Republic of Abkhazia and they are also Abkhazians citizens . Making the Syrians standing in front of two choices , either they study in universities in the Republic of Abkhazia as a regular student which is a tough choice because these universities not offer a program for foreign students, including language teaching. The second option which is the hardest with the end of the school year and the most dangerous for the students, they should return to Syria for the Syrian Secondary school Certificate and submit their applications to study at universities in Nalchik and Maikop by the Russian Embassy in Syria. Between these two resolutions the Syrians stoped  traumatized . The future academic for their children began to vanishing and the dream of completing college has become elusive.
