CCI OF RA REPRESENTED PRODUCTS OF ABKHAZ MANUFACTURERS AT THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION IN SHANGHAI

The delegation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia, headed by its President Tamila Mertskhulava, took part in the International Exhibition for Food, Beverages, Hotel/ Restaurant equipment, Foodservice, Catering, Bakery and Retail Industries, which was held in Shanghai, China.
After 22 years of development, FHC has become the industry's leading trade show. It is a platform for food and hospitality industry to enter the Chinese food and beverage market.
The three-day exhibition hosted 3,500 exhibitors from 48 countries. Among them: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Turkey, Czech Republic, Russia, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA and others. The exhibition area has expanded to 180,000 square meters.
The show invites local or international importers, distributors, retailers and food service professionals to meet and connect with food manufacturers from around the world to find new business partners and shape the future of the Chinese food and hospitality market.
The Consul General of the Russian Federation in Shanghai Alexander Shmanevskiy and the representative of the CCI of RA in Shanghai Vyacheslav Deniskin visited the Pavilion of the Republic of Abkhazia on the very first day of the exhibition.
“Presentation of the products of Abkhaz entrepreneurs to international companies in the Asia-Pacific region is an important step for establishing cooperation with markets of China and Asia,” –said the President of the CCI of RA Tamila Mertskhulava.
