Chkadua Ibrahim was born in 1967 in Tkuarchal. Had graduated historical faculty of ASU in 1993. Member of the 1992-1993 war. In 1992 he began work on the Abkhazian TV. In 2005 founded the newspaper "Forum", and began to work professionally as a photographer. Author of several documentaries.

Ibrahim was awarded the "Golden Eye of Russia" in 2012 of the Russian Union of Journalists and the International Guild of Professional Photographers Russian media.

"Abkhazia is a country of rich photographic tradition. I consider myself only a small link in this long chain of photographic, which we have here. It is important that we can show a photo through our country, its historical events can be involved in professional activities of this kind. See photos from the country is not recognized by all, unfortunately", - said Ibrahim Chkadua in one of his interviews.
