Daur Kove (the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia) was awarded the breastplate of the Russian Foreign Ministry "For the contribution to international cooperation"
Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation congratulated Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia on the occasion of his birthday.
The letter says:

I am convinced that a close partnership between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of our fraternal countries will continue to make a significant contribution to the development and deepening of bilateral relations and to help to solve foreign policy problems in the interests of Russia and Abkhazia.
I am pleased to note that you were awarded the Ministry breastplate "For Contribution to International Cooperation" by the order of February 25,2019 of this year for a significant contribution to the development and strengthening of bilateral relations of Abkhazia with the Russian Federation, strengthening security and stability in the Transcaucasian region.
