After Two years from the arrival of the first batch of Syrians returning to the Republic of Abkhazia, the process of equipping residential apartments continue in the city Dranda by both the  Returnees Committee and the Danish Refugee Council , these apartments  has been given over the past month in February, and taking into account the absence of any schools in the region are now equipping school and kindergarten children nearness. In additional to that the Committee Returnee strives to equip the entire building consists of nine floors contain fifty two apartment in the city Akwizera which away from the capital Sukhum fourteen kilometers and the Committee promising to complete this construction until early April to be delivered for each of the Syrians and Turks for returnees.

Between the hotel and rent a residential apartments and the many movements experienced by the Syrians returnee, and for that, thier hopes are related on the city Akwizera especially after the recent decisions issued by the Committee Returnee stopping all financial aid months ago also stop rent a residential apartments with the beginning of the next month April. All of these decisions  put the Syrians returnee an awkward position and difficult, especially for large families and also for retirees who do not have any breadwinner or any material sources to help them pay rents,

Less than fifty two apartment and more than a hundred family Syria, a large varying and a large Abrus about the future is still uncertain and unknown waiting for those families eagerly patience, until now, has not issued any statement by the Committee Returnee on the distribution plan of apartments, and what actions will be taken on families that will not be allocated apartments for them in the near future.
