The meeting was opened by Mr. Khrebs Jobwa word welcomed his guests and all present. He spoke the beginning saying that these frequent meetings to listen to all the problems faced by returnees from all categories and try together to find appropriate solutions through substantive and frank discussion of , as pointed out by Mr. Khrebs to the non delightful internal political which the country  through and the difficult financial situation  which must be taken into account through displaying problems, Confirming that despite these difficulties the Returnees Comittee will do their role and work to the fullest trying hard to implement the plans accurately.

The discussion includes three points centered on distribution houses and crossing borders, and medical services, Mr. Khrebs questioned about the unwillingness of the Syrians to receive apartments in the city  Dranda thoug they are fully equipped, the justification of Syrian returnees was this city is far away from their works and the difficulty of transportation which stops a time does not fit with the times ending of their work and other reasons that did not convince the Returnees Committee that repeated and emphasized at the financial difficulties experienced and to the inability to have any apartments in the city of Sukhumi for all returnees and that they understand this point and be patient.

As for the inability of Syrians to move freely to the neighboring country Russia, it is linked to domestic politics of the Republic of Russia, which alone decides to allow anyone to go beyond its borders, and what the Committee to seek to facilitate traveling necessary needs individually such as medical needs and who have to have surgery does not exist in the Republic of Abkhazia , by submitting a request explaining the reasons and necessity of traveling to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then to the Russian Embassy. And that these actions done by the committee before to one of the patients was approved to travel and perform the surgery successfully in Moscow, so the request of Mr. Khrebs from Syrians returnees not to be discomfort and wait until the Republic of Russia change its policy and allow them to cross.

Finally free medical services as they were and  translators accompanying crew still working around the clock to assist the returnees to go and communicate with hospitals and treat all patients, also all drugs that carry prescription sealed by a physician will conduct free to returnees. And this is the rights of the returnees, as described by Mr. Khrebs.

Our thanks go to the Returnees Committee and the Republic of Abkhazia on their efforts for returnees, and we hope for this state the stability and solve all the problems experienced by and become one of the greatest countries as we looking at it and saw it, because we did not forget that it is the paradise on earth.
