On the 12th of September at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Reublıc of Abkhazia the meeting was held between the President of the CCI of RA and political science professor at  the London University College (Great Britian),PhD Christian Bakke, Professor of Leyden University in Holland, PhD in Political Science Lia Seimor and Aygun Djanmammadova, the lawer, who used to work at the Intertanional Organization “Red Cross’ in Abkhazia in 2012. The representatives of the scientific intelligentsia are exploring the experience of the state building process , during war and post war periods. They are interested in issues concerning the formation of political and economic institutions during the abovementioned period.

The delegation member were interested in questions of Defence Committee, which was headed by Gennadiy L.Gaguliya during severe 1992-1993, what was the mission of that Committee, obstacles and the ways of solving them.

It was really important for them to figure out how could he govern the country being the prime-minister after the war in Abkhazia. Gennadiy L. Gaguliya told them about the principal problems and questions which were in the State and what measures did he take in order to rmove all those obstacles.

The meeting was held more than two hours and a huge range of issues were discussed about the post war and warlike period in Abkhazia, as well as the process of the State building. At the end of the meeting both sides exchanged presents.
