Mr. Vadim Harrazaa chairman of the Returnees Committee held his first meeting in the new year 20016 on Friday, on the fourteenth of January., Where his speech was opened by welcoming the attendees and congratulated the New Year and then began addressing the many issues of the most important subject was the migration of returnee to European countries and expressed his sadness and regret at the departure of those families and their inability to live on Abkhaz territory also expressed dissatisfaction with some of those families who were handed over equipped apartments that sold some furniture, electrical appliances, which he described it as the property of the Committee.

Also the subject of rent apartments and which was been the talk of returnee the recent period , was the largest share of debate, where Mr. Vadim Harrazaa announced that the Returnees Committee will pay the rents for the next three months only, which is the deadline for returnees as expressed by the President of the Committee to start searching for new homes fit physical abilities. The end of the period starting from the month of April and after that the Committee of returnee is instabilmente for payment only for some families were identified from seventeen to twenty family whom considered as some of the families that are impossible for them to pay these costs.

This concluded the meeting to open the floor for discussion and to answer all the questions addressed by the returnees that were personal or belonging to returnees in general.
