On the 11th of May The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia organized a ceremonial dinner in Gagra City at the historical restaurant “ Gagripsh”, devoted to the respected visit of the Journalists Federation of Turkey to the Republic of Abkhazia , which plays a huge significant role for raising awareness about Abkhazia and creating an attracting image for the statehood of the Republic of Abkhazia abroad.

The abovementioned event was participated by the representatives of different famous Mass Media of Turkey, leadership of all ministries, parliament deputies, heads of the city and region administrations of the Republic of Abkhazia,  the head of the Abkhazian Cultural Centers Federation in Turkey,and organizer of the event-the Leadership and staff of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia.

The ceremomonial dinner was aimed for forming the positive image of the Republic of Abkhazia by means of representing information about Abkhazia on history, customs, traditions, socio-economic development of the country.

The meeting was devoted to strengthening friendship and good-neighborliness relations between Abkhazia and Turkey. “ Both sides are supporting the maintenance of close friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation. The visit of Journalist Federation to Abkhazia plays a significant role  for strengthening business relations between both sides”, - stressed the President of the CCI of RA Gaguliya L. Gennady.

At the end of the dinner there was a concert of famous Abkhazian singers and dancers, singing and dancing Abkhazian traditional dances and songs. The sides exchanged keepsakes.
