The fifth Abkhaz-Russian business forum was opened in Sukhum.

The organizer of the Forum is a non-profit organization, fund for development of the "Eurasian Research Institute.
In his speech President of Abkhazıa noted the importance of broad participation of Abkhazia in the integration processes that taking place in the post-Soviet space.
Welcoming address of President Vladimir Putin to visitors and participants was announced by the head of the Presidential Office for interregional and cultural relations with foreign countries, Vladimir Chernov.
For the participants of plenary meeting, statements were made by the delegates from the Russian and Abkhaz sides, who once again underlined their commitment to more extensive cooperation.
After the closure of the high-level plenary meeting the agreements signing ceremony  on cooperation was held between the Chambers of Commerce of the Republic of Abkhazia and Moscow, as well as between Abkhazian State University and Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University took place.

At 15.00 on the 5 of November the round table was organızed at the conference-hall of “Moscow House” on the “Role of the Chambers of the Commerce and Industry and Russian-Abkhazian Business Council in the issues of improvement of the business climate in Abkhazia. Formation of conditions for attraction the investments to the Republic”.  Padalko V.I, Sergeev A.N, Chernishova A.M, and etc. were present from the Russian side.   The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia stressed that the signed agreement between Moscow CCI and CCI of Abkhazia and today’s round table – is a very important event for business sphere of Abkhazia. And it is the first step for the future cooperation and collaboration.
