Under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia the representative of the CCI of RA in Germany, Wolfgang Matzke has organized presentation of Abkhazia at the site of the famous German brand "SieMatic" the luxury kitchens manufacturer. The Abkhazian products the event were delivered in advance to Berlin by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Leipzig.

The presentation was attended by businessmen of various fields of activity and representatives of German political circles, journalists. The event was visited by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia in Germany Khibla Amichba and representatives of the Abkhaz diaspora living in this country Valentina Graupner (Hhvatlandzia) from Saxony and Valentina Marganiya (Maan) from Berlin.

Khibla Amichba briefly spoke about the potential of our Republic and the ongoing work on external relations with foreign countries,

The guests of the evening shared their impressions and discussed trade, economic and tourism potential of the Republic of Abkhazia after watching the film about Abkhazia and receiving brochures and booklets in German prepared by the Chamber.

The traditional dishes of Abkhazian cuisine prepared by representatives of the Diaspora aroused gratitude and admiration. The guest also tasted products of Abkhazian producers presented in Germany more than once: limited liability companies "Wines and Beverages of Abkhazia", "Argun Iashta", "Chateau Abkhaz" and "Abkhazproduct".

"Interest in Abkhazia is increasing. The Republic is already recognizable abroad. All this is thanks to our German friends and partners who see a huge potential in a small but rich in history Republic," said Wolfgang Matzke.

The representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry also emphasized the importance of the events that contributed to the popularization of Abkhazia in the international arena. He invited the guests to visit Abkhazia in the near future.
