International Ardzinba Airport is an in airport Sukhum, capital of Abkhazia. The airport is based national airline of Abkhazia - "Abkhazian Airlines". It works border post and customs. For a long time the airport was in a poor state and needed major repairs. In 2011 the airport was partially renovated and was preparing for the resumption of flights. The leadership of Abkhazia planned to launch flights in the fall of 2013, but the plans have not been implemented.
