Due to the appointment of the President of the CCI of RA Gennady Gagulia to the post of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, an extraordinary meeting of the Board of the ССI of RA was held on April 25.

Tamila Mertskhulava was elected to the post of the President of the CCI of RA by open voting system.  11 members of the Board from 13 took part in the election.

Previously Tamila Mertskhulava held the post of Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia.
